WHITE DVD Shop Photos - Member Solo MVs

WHITE DVD Booklets - LE and RE
Apr. 25th, 2016 03:26 pmSharing scans of the booklets from the LE and RE editions of the WHITE DVD.
The booklet for the LE is quite large, bigger than an A4 scanner so it took a little wrangling to get the pages together. And you can see by comparison how wide are the couple of two page spreads.
The RE as well as only have a few pages, fit easily inside the cover of a DVD case.
Hopefully the size difference is conveyed a little in the sizes I've chosen to make the scans, though the RE ones are much larger than they would be in one to one size comparison.

Yon Juushi DVD scans
Nov. 28th, 2015 03:41 pmSharing scans of both the RE and LE versions of the Yon Jushi DVDs.
There is a LOT of black to wrangle for these scans so that always takes a lot longer. It's very effective as an artistic choice but not so great for scanning. Still I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.
I didn't scan the box the LE came in, only the cover of the DVD box inside it and the booklet.

NEWS 10th Anniversary DVD Shop Photos
Apr. 4th, 2014 09:52 pmSharing the full set of 42 official shop photos released the week after the DVD.
While it's always great to get new NEWS shop photos (or anything), it's somewhat disappointing that this selection is so small. Apart from the 1 limited edition Anniversary photo, these are the first NEWS photos in over 8 months and they were taken 6 months ago. The breakdown of the set is 14 group and mixed photos and 7 individual photos of each member.
Maybe it's just a reminder that if there is no NEWS work then there isn't anything to take photos of. And we are at 16 months and counting since NEWS released a single. Sometimes it just all feels way too familiar.
Still, we can only enjoy what we do get, so here is the photoset while we wait for NEWS to get started in 2014.

NEWS 10th Anniversary DVD/BR LE Booklet
Mar. 24th, 2014 09:12 pmSharing my scans of the photo booklet that came with the LE DVD/BR of the NEWS 10th Anniversary in Toyko Dome concert.
While the booklet is actually 28 pages, I've only scanned 27 and skipped the page that was purely technical credits for the concerts and the video.

CDJapan and the postal service were kind to me, considering I forgot to order any kind of express shipment for my DVDs but they've still arrived in excellent time.
So sharing here the booklets from both the RE and LE of the DVD. For those who won't be holding the LE in their hands, the size of the booklet is roughly 280mm x 245 mm, so not something that fits onto an A4 scanner. But in keeping with the size of the pamphlet I have tried to keep the images at a fairly large size. The booklet is also a wonderful momento of the concert and tour.
The RE booklet just fits inside a regular DVD cover but the choice of photos is mostly different to those in the LE, so both are worth viewing.
