Sharing some recent magazines appearances for Koyama.

Best Stage and QLAP feature follow up spreads from his stage performance in Great Nature.

And as many will be aware, Tokyo Live has now been relaunched at Ichigen-san with the same group of Johnnys as hosts. TV Guide and The Television feature promotional shoots for the new show. It launched in October, but Koyama's first outing as MC will not be until next Sunday, November 15.

Sharing Koyama's recent magazine appearances promoting his new play.

Scans feature - Best Stage, Stage Square., Monthly TV Guide, TV LIFE and Monthly TV navi.

The only disappointment was that although he appeared in the two stage magazines we didn't get any posters this time around.

Sharing some of Shige's recent magazine appearances.

With a book and a play to promote at the same time, Shige is appearing in a variety of magazines.

These are the latest issues of Best Stage, QLAP and Chou Chou Aliis - with promotion for his new novel leading 2 to 1 over the play. Though the book is out now, and they would only just be starting rehearsals for the play.

Another round of magazines featuring NEWS and Koyama.Sharing pages from QLAP, Songs and Best Stage - all the January 2013 issues.

These issues of QLAP and Songs were listed on jnet as specifically being for the promotion of the single, even though they only went into stores the weekend after the single was released. Still it's always nice to see NEWS getting a decent set of pages for a photospread.

Songs also has 5 pages of sheet music for WORLD QUEST and a one page melody and chords page for ポコポンペコーリャ. I haven't had a chance to try either of them out as yet, but they were a pleasant surprise.

QLAP and Best Stage feature stage photos of Koyama from Hello, Goodbye but the photos are again chosen so as to not give away the twist of the play. The full page photo from Best Stage though captures his original response to the meat, as opposed to his later change of heart as seen in the photos I posted earlier this month.

It's just over a month now till Koyama's play, Hello, Goodbye opens in Tokyo, and the first major round of publicity is quite a treat.

Sharing here his appearance in Best Stage and Look at Star for November. He is featured on the cover of both issues, as well as having posters in each and a very nice two page spread in Best Stage.

A very nice collection of shots. He certainly needs more opportunities for these kinds of photospreads. Time to make some space on my wall!

Back with another round of magazines.

Some quite colourful shoots this month. I particularly liked KoyaShige and their domestic camping fun. We get two sets of KoyaShige and TegoMasu shoots across the three magazines. And as much as it makes me extra happy when KoyaShige get to shoot together (these being the magazines they were doing when Koyama posted that photo of their hand on his jweb) - it's always the same 4 paired off and the other two on their own. Yamapi does look a bit sad "camping" on his own - how good would it have been for them to have a group camping shoot.

Best Stage has coverage of Shige's play, as do the other mags, though unfortunately no one has shown us the costume he wore that many people are keen to see. However, we do get to see some shots from Shige's drama where for many scenes, it seems a costume is really not required.

We're in the middle of a long, cold winter in my part of the world, so this round of magazines have definitely brightened things up, even though seeing NEWS as a group would do even more.

... and back to our regularly schedule programming ... Thank you to everyone who left kind words at the passing my my old scanner. He's definitely missed.

But –

It's Shige season! With a play followed by a drama we should be seeing quite a lot of Shige over the next few months!

These are Best Stage, Look at Star and Engeki Book magazines. And yes I have a new scanner, though it is taking a little getting used to. Guess I just need a little more practice.

These are from the latest issues of Best Stage and Look at Star (Nov 2010). Koyama is on the cover of both and both have feature stories with him in the lead up to the stage version of the continuation Room 0.

Best Stage is definitely the best value - cover, poster and an 8 page spread! We need to see Koyama getting more attention like this!!

Also I will admit that I'm a little behind with the Nov issues of Myojo and Popolo, but for a very good reason ... I've only returned home today from almost two weeks in Japan, and lots of wonderful NEWS concerts in Osaka and Tokyo!!  I am one very tired, but very happy fan.

I also have many, many things to scan and post over the next days and weeks - starting with the concert pamphlet that I hope to have up in the next day or so.

Stay tuned! But in the meantime, please enjoy the very gorgeous Koyama Keiichiro.
