Japan Trip - First few days in Tokyo

The first few days of this trip have been very very hectic and I don't see that it's going to slow down at all until I collapse onto the plane to fly home. We're trying to fit in touring and sightseeing on one side and as many Johnnys related activities as we can on the other. So the days tend to break down into all Johnnys, all sightseeing or a number of days are both!
